    Darina Boteva is an experienced SaaS and technology CFO who has led finance functions across global, high-growth companies. She helps founders bring clarity, structure, and strategic discipline to businesses moving from early traction to scale — building financial foundations, aligning revenue operations, and creating reporting that supports confident, timely decision-making. She also works with companies exploring automation and emerging technologies, where clean data and strong processes matter more than ever.

    Her approach is grounded, analytical, and shaped by years of doing the CFO job in practice — not just advising, but leading teams, owning outcomes, and building systems that last.

    Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Darina balances her work with the coastal lifestyle and time with family.
